6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bk platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.

• Attempting to commit fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

88bk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these terms — without prior notice.

• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.
• Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.
• Any valid balance will be returned to the member prior to account closure, unless it has been forfeited due to a rule violation.
• A dormancy fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
